Where do I begin? My appointment with Kay was supposed to be at 12:30 pm. I received a text asking if I could at 1:30, then another text after that as...king if I could come at 2:30 pm. I’ve started my loc journey and I was so excited about my hair appt. Kat is really slow. She’s very nice but slooooooooow. I have very short hair and I was there from 2:30 to 6pm. WHY? Unfortunately, I will not go back to this salon. Sigh… Show more
