The service and treatment were great! And I love my results. I appreciate how knowledgeable Maria was on the health of my hair and her suggestions to ...improve my hair health. My only gripe is that I was hit with an additional $100 fee on top of an already costly treatment. There's nothing mentioned on the booking site about a "new client" fee and it was a bit irritating. A new client fee in general is a bit ridiculous but $100 is absurd. It would have been better received if that was noted on the site, during the booking process, or even before starting the process. Not right before I check out. Show more
