Let me preface this review by saying my son and I have visited Luxury Barbershop 20+ times between the two of us, we have gone through two of their "C...ustomer Loyalty" punchcards and were working on a third card. My 15 year old was crazy about Lyman and the haircut he would get each time. I dont have much hair to cut but was always satisfied. We always tip $10 each on top of the $35 each haircut. Everyone has always been very friendly. I made an appointment last night, Wednesday, for a haircut for my son today, Thursday, between 5-6 with Lyman. We arrived at 5:05 and were told the appointment had been canceled because we were a little late, I said we are happy to wait until he was done with his current customer, the receptionist said that wasn't possible because he had another appointment. There was no one else waiting and we would have waited however long it took, thats how much we value Lyman. We are very disappointed in this situation and hope the owner reviews it. Luxury does a great job but they lost two long-time, loyal customers today because of terrible customer service. *EDIT*, for some reason it shows Luis in the heading, it should be Lyman. Show more
