I scheduled an appointment a week prior and found out 4 hours before my appointment(1am) that part of the hair I requested was not available in stores.... She made no effort to compensate me in any way shape or form although none of what I experienced was my fault. I ended up deciding not to pick up the hair as it wouldn’t have ended up benefiting me at all. I also did not get my entire deposit back because she decided to open up the hair and prep it prior to checking to make sure the hair matched, in the end I ended up getting the short end of the stick. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. Show more
