Barber was a no-show. Appointment made last week and was and confirmed on app by barber. Arrived 5min prior. Aside from one other customer gettin...g his haircut, I was the only customer there. Another barber asked if I was a walk-in or had an appointment. I indicated I had an appointment. They said he should be along. Waited 15 min after appointment start time, and then inquired again at front desk. Told it was unlike him, that maybe he had run out to grab a coffee. Was told if I stuck around they could try to fit me in. Requested they cancel my appointment. Ironic that their policy is to charge the customer a fee if they don’t show up, but no similar policy if the barber doesn’t show up.
