Ninis Lashes

This client was satisfied with her set and after sitting for 10 mins and making sure she liked it, she kept insisting that she loved the set even after I had asked her multiple times if there's anything I can fix or add on to before she leaves but insisted she loved them. I was willing to have her come in to add more and or fix the set for free but waited a whole week before coming in and expected for it to be free, I tried to work something out with this client but unfortunately there was no solution to our problems because she wanted it to be completely free. Offered to charge her a classic and she’d be able to get any set she’d like but still was not happy. It’s crazy the things people will say just to give you a bad reputation because they didn’t get what they wanted. My son is 3 years old and very much potty trained! I never thought I’d come across a situation like this but unfortunately it happens I haven’t had a client that wasn’t satisfied with what they got. This review that she left is not only untrue but failed to mention how I tried everything possible to fix the issue.
