I myself am a lash tech and i went to Letty to do my lashes since it’s harder for lash techs to lash themselves i asked for a hybrid cateye and showe...d a pic for reference when it came to the cateye look but i stated i wanted a hybrid well Letty did a volume set on me and charged me for a volume when i Asked for hybrid and as you can see she placed them too close to my lash line, lashes are not supposed to be placed too close to lash line because it can cause discomfort, irritation or even infection i sent These pics to Letty and asked for a refund because they are the wrong style and done incorrectly and she stated that she does not do refunds which is super unprofessional. Do not recommend. I did not ask for volume i showed a pic of a cateye look and she even admitted she misunderstood I’ve been lashing for 2 years and i clearly know that this is the improper way and any lash tech that applies correctly will agree that it’s been done unprofessionally. I disagreed to have them removed when I a lash tech can remove them myself so i will not waste my time to go get them removed when she’s clearly trying to deny it like i don’t do the same job as her it’s not only in the pic as she states in person you can clearly see they are on my lash line, experience means nothing when the job isn’t done safely and correctly. Clearly this is a new set and in pics it can be seen like they where placed on the eye lid. I've been doing lashes and training for 8yrs. I tought you how to apply lashes the correct and safe way and I'm glad you really benefited from my training. I don’t ever argue with clients but since you’re trying to give me a run for my money since the beginning of the appointment I'm going to speak up. I offer you to fix the lashes several times. Also you scheduled for a hybrid ($100 set) through booksy but show me a volume set pic ($110) and expect a refund even when I asked you to come to me to fix the problem or if you wanted a refund I would have to remove complete set. But I know you won’t remove my beautiful long lasting set so please enjoy it! Integrity comes with professionalism and that my friend you forgot to pick up from me.
