I specifically asked the barber to take off about an inch of my hair off the top. He proceeds to cut off three solid inches of hair, and then goes ‘pe...rfect’. He also did not comb my hair or use the blow dryer to comb it out. I really felt that he was trying to steer my haircut how he wanted it to go, and not give me what I asked for. I also asked for a 1 on the side and a fade. He gave me a 1.5 and called it a day. I also asked for my beard short all the way around, he proceeded to leave it longer around the mouth and shorter along the outside. Overall I am not nearly as happy with this haircut. Last time Gerard spent time and created a much better experience. This time I do not feel like I got my money’s worth with the experience and service provided. Show more
