Client did not. Call to verify appointment. Client did not say he had appointment. Did not ask for Thomas the Barber. First Barber said next. Client jumped in chair without Telling Barber he had appointment.. With Thomas. When client had to pay that's when he told Barbara he had a appointment on booksy. After finding out, he was in the wrong Barber's chair. He canceled his appointment. So I was not able to give him his money back. So please ask for the Barber. You made the appointment with before getting your haircut, thank you.

Came in for a touch up and a beard trim, no hair cut or line up. I was charged for a full hair cut and beard trim. The Booksy app said 30, not 55. The...n listed my appt as a no show. It’s sad how our own people do us. Show more

Client wanted Beard shaped up and Touch up his taper haircut. There's no way to touch up a taper haircut, but to skin and taper cut it again, that's what he got. There's no such thing as a touch up and the Barber haircut world. The $30 beard shaped up. Becomes a taper haircut with a beard shaped up .That cost. $55.
