Nancy and Lynn were absolutely amazing! I had shadow roots for the longest and wanted highlights from the root down for my brother's wedding and Nancy... exceeded my expectations! Nancy dried my hair but Lynn styled it and I was very impressed and received compliments from multiple customers in the salon! i went in wanting my hair one color and darker. My roots were dark brown and my ends were bright blonde and she started my visit with her off by telli...ng me how much my hair is dead and how much I need to cut off and then instead of just starting my hair she started arguing with me over how short I should be cutting it and she got dye all over my forehead my hair still two-tone because she started at my roots waited 10 minutes because she had to make a phone call and then went and did the bottom of my hair so the bottom half my hair is a completely different color than the top of my hair and then to top that all off she wanted to charge me $140 instead of the $95 cut and color price that’s advertised because she had to use two tubes of die after dropping half of the first tube of dye on the cover that she had me put on so completely unhappy with how the whole situation was handled and not happy my hairs two colors Her argument over the price was that i have longer hair. I have never had anyone tell me they’re going to charge me almost double for having long hair ! Show more
