Hands down the best experience...again! First time at Lilac I got my nose pierced at the Dallas location. This time I went to the Fort Worth location... to just get my tragus pierced and replace a piece of my nose ring that i managed to pull out. I left with my tragus, 3rd hole on my lobe and a new nose ring! Shyann was so sweet and she apologized many times for the wait which wasn't a big to me. She took her time in making sure that she got the placement correct and made sure I liked it as well. We talked about everything (I can talk) so by the time she was actually ready to pierce me I was even more relaxed. Did it hurt? It's a needle going through your ear so yes it's uncomfortable but i didn't scream or cry. I think the most uncomfortable part was putting the jewelry into the tragus bcuz it pinched a little. Shyann is CLEAN!! I watched her change her gloves, I promise, no less than 20 times! Every time she touched something new she changed gloves. She even changed gloves before cleaning the hand held mirror and after cleaning it as well! I cannot wait until these piercings are fully healed so i can get another one piercing done by Shyann! Shyann did great. However, the people allowed to answer the phone and give info need more training. I was told that I could just walk in for a bar cha...nge and when I asked if I needed an appointment I was told no and there would be no charge for this service. When I got there it was an hour wait and the girl behind the counter said I could come back the next day and make an appointment. The next day after my appointment was finished I was told it was a $10 fee. So much conflicting info. Show more
