Update: they have reached out to me to fix the problem. I am impressed with their customer service and will be giving them another chance as the work ...they have done online is beautiful. I was super excited to try this nail place. The shape of my nails is amazing and it was done quickly however I showed the nail tech the color I wanted which was a nude pink (pretty simple) and instead of finding the color he did white with a pink overlay and it looks extremely streaky. When I asked if there was a way to fix it he told me no that’s just how the polish is. The picture attached doesn’t even begin to show how uneven the color is. Show more
