We have had her do my boys hair before and it was great. Very neat and looked professional. Not so much this time. Not happy with the way it looks. Ni...ce lady but not neat or professional looking. Looks like someone could have done it in their kitchen. Sorry to say but I have to be honest. Update:This lady Irma is a great professional . She stood by her word and saw that the first job did not look nice and said she would redo it. She was very flexible with the schedule due to snow and redid the styles and as I knew she would both boys look fabulous. She was very sweet and understanding. I really respect that she was willing to handle this professionally and with no arguments. I will continue to take the boys to her Thank You. Show more

I completely agree that it doesn’t look the best compared to yesterday when they left the shop. I can see that the hair appears dry, and it seems to have unraveled. I take pride in my work, and it’s important to me that I feel just as confident & satisfied - as my client.
