Very unprofessional. I had a 10:00AM appointment that I showed up on time for (actually early) and was not once greeted by Michael or informed he was ...running behind schedule. When the client that was in the chair prior to my 10:00AM appointment was done another client sat in the chair. At this moment, I would have expected to be informed that he was running behind schedule; however, that did not happen. I had to make contact and inform Michael that I would have to reschedule and that it would not be the same day because I was officiating a wedding ceremony later. Michael did agree to cancel the appointment. Show more

Frustrating.. I asked for a "Low fade and for the top to be knocked down.. BUT shaped up so I could still sponge it." ( I had a good size afro when I ...walked in.) when all is said and done. The sides of my hair is pushed back. The top is cut so low I cant sponge it, and the back of my head is whop sided. Its not until you get home or to wherever you're going, do you really notice it.
