Have gone to her twice already love how both of my sets came out. The first set the glue kinda burned my eyes though ...i think it was because its been 4 years since i had done my lashes so my eyes weren’t used to it the reason i say this is because the in the refill it did not burn my eyes & my first set lasted until my refill & my refill it was good my eyes didnt burn or anything but i did notice they’re falling more than the first time idk why …but 3rd time the charm… Ps love the environment & feel comfortable…

Pros: She was very kind to me. She does good work with the eyelashes. Cons: What I didn’t like was the unprofessionalism. She had loud, explicit mus...ic, and her and her co-worker talking while I was getting my eyelashes; done was annoying to me. Also, I didn’t know that she shared a suite with another person. Her co-worker had a client for most of my appointment. Letting people know that she shared a suite is something that should have been communicated. I would have not booked with her if I would have known this. Getting my lashes done is part of my self-care, and I left drained. Will not go back again.

I always appreciate all feedback, both positive and constructive, as I’m constantly working to improve my clients’ experience 🤍 I’m happy to hear that my work and customer service were appreciated, as that’s always my top priority. I do want to clarify that I work within a shared suite environment, which may include occasional background conversation or noise. While I do my best to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, I understand that everyone’s preferences are different when it comes to their self-care experience. Moving forward, I will be more mindful about communicating my suite setting and doing what I can to minimize distractions during appointments. If you ever have specific preferences (music, silence, etc.), I always welcome that communication so I can accommodate you as best as possible.
