Highly recommend Marque “Que” … he went above and beyond with my cut. I am a female and have had an undercut for a couple of years now, I go to the sa...me barber because it’s all I know. He’s out sick today and I desperately needed my hair cut. I took a risk and booked with Que. I wasn’t sure what length my barber cuts it down to but thought he said .8 at once. Instead of going with my assumption, Que went down blade by blade until I was happy with the outcome. He mentioned he’s been cutting for 2 years but based off his professionalism and true concern about making someone feel comfortable, happy, and confident with their decision, I would’ve guessed he had 10+ years of experience. Bonus: I was getting ready to get out the chair and this man stopped me and was reviewing Que’s work. He did a phenomenal job to me! But this guy noticed a very minor detail in my line up, corrected Que, walked him through it, and walked away. I was like uh 👀 lol and he said “ha, that’s the owner! He always try’s to make us better.” Once he took his advice, he made his “correction”, I could hear in his voice he was happy with the outcome! . THAT leadership was awesome to witness. I honestly wouldn’t have even noticed but that’s the best part, they still did the right thing. You can tell he is passionate about his work and committed to doing the best be can. You don’t see many young black men with a mindset like his. Which is why I felt the need to acknowledge his work! Que, i was just visiting and don’t live near here but if I’m ever in the area again I’ll be sure to book with you! I appreciate the conversation, thanks for the cut !! You def need to get with your community centers or BGC, the youth boys NEED you! Show more
