Was going to Selena for the second year in a row and out of those two years, only two appointments were on time. We always waited 20-45 minutes AFTER ...appointment. Either because she was late or had other late clients, which I understand crap happens. The most we waited was a little over an hour. Kept coming back because she was the best at the barbershop she was working at. Cancelled on us various time and again, crap happens. Yet she told me she couldn’t do my sons hair because I cancelled ONE appointment within a 3 month frame and was 7 minutes late. Pretty disappointed how everything was handled. Show more

Sorry wendy like I mentioned to you privately, this was not the first time you make appointments and cancel an hour prior, making two, some times three appointments at a time and only making it to one. That shows me you don’t really care or take me serious. And I can’t afford be waiting and have two hours worth of my time/money booked and not make any profit. I don’t think anyone wants to go to work and not get payed. Yes, at times do be behind, and try to always let my clients know before hand. I’ve keep having this issue with you and try to cut at least the one I can even if your still late. Meaning I will be late for the appointments after you now. Sorry I spoke up but I afford to let it keep happening. I enjoyed having y’all come in because I enjoyed your family on a personal level but client wise I keep having the same issue. Sorry I do feel bad but I felt like it was necessary.
