First, booking with us does not require a law degree, as referenced in your original comment. Many of our loyal clients have no difficulty securing appointments because they schedule in advance. It’s also important to note that the review you submitted was under a service that you have never received from us. According to our records, you have visited our salon only twice, and have used multiple accounts to book. The most recent booking associated with this account was marked as a no-show, which is the reason why future appointments were restricted. We understand that receiving no response to your texts may have been frustrating, but we are often unable to reply immediately due to our full schedule. While we appreciate all feedback, a three-star review following two completed appointments, and a third that was missed, does not accurately reflect the full experience we provide to our clients. I have never had a better manicure in my life, and I'm not kidding when I say that. When I saw Krystal for the first time, my nails (and especially m...y cuticles) were a disaster, from previous bad manicures (and gnawing on my dry, overgrown cuticles). I was almost embarrassed to show her my hands. I just wanted a clean, natural-looking "well-groomed" look, which seems like it would be easy to achieve, but apparently, it's not. I've been to higher-end "spas" and regular run-of-the-mill nail salons over the years, and have never (ever!) gotten a manicure like this. I just had my second manicure by Krystal, and the both times, my cuticles were immaculately groomed and the nail shape--flawless! Not too thick, not too thin--just perfect! She's spends her time making sure every single nail is just right. I went four weeks between appointments (admittedly too long), but the grow-out was fine--no lifting or peeling or breaking. (With other manicures, the gel would often start lifting after a week or two, and once that started to happen, I couldn't stop obsessively picking at it until my nails were a complete mess). Not only that, but somehow, Krystal makes my actual nail bed look longer, which is the look I've always wanted. And, she's a sweetheart, so the appointment is enjoyable. Yes, Masking Perfection is a bit pricey, but honestly, worth every penny. The only downside? She's booked so far in advance, but once she does your nails, you'll see why. Show more

Perfection. Every single time. I started with peeling nails that had no length whatsoever. I have never been happier and more confident in my nails, t...he look and strength. I usually experience nail techs starting strong but then seemingly applying less effort and attention to detail. Not so with Krystal. I think she perfects her application and shaping on each individual person’s nails and preference. It gets better each time rather than worse! Thanks again! Show more

I’m had a Russian manicure and pedicure with Krystal, and I am always blown away by the results. The level of precision and care that went into every ...step is remarkable each time. My nails have never looked this clean and flawless—it’s as if they were photoshopped in real life! The e-file technique left my cuticles perfectly tidy without any pain or irritation, and the polish was applied so smoothly it looked airbrushed. Even weeks later, my nails still look fresh and well-kept, with zero chipping or lifting. It’s clear this method is designed to last. Krystal is always professional, hygienic, and takes hwr time to make sure everything is perfect. I honestly can’t see myself going back to a regular mani/pedi after this. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their nails to look immaculate for weeks! Show more
