Best, Krystal Due to the recent interaction and the information you’ve shared, it seems that we may no longer be the best fit moving forward. While I always strive to provide respectful and positive experiences for all clients, I do not tolerate disrespect or microaggressions in any form of communication. Over time, I’ve gone above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction — including running overtime on several occasions to complete intricate designs, even though design add-ons were not included in your bookings. Additionally, there was a prior instance where you arrived under the impression that your appointment time was different. Although you did apologize at that time, it’s important to note that your tone and manner were somewhat aggressive, which was concerning. After this recent encounter, I believe it’s best to discontinue our client–professional relationship. At this time, I will not be accepting a cancellation fee, and I kindly recommend that you visit a nearby salon to have your nail product removed and seek a medical professional’s opinion regarding your nail condition. First, booking with us does not require a law degree, as referenced in your original comment. Many of our loyal clients have no difficulty securing appointments because they schedule in advance. It’s also important to note that the review you submitted was under a service that you have never received from us. According to our records, you have visited our salon only twice, and have used multiple accounts to book. The most recent booking associated with this account was marked as a no-show, which is the reason why future appointments were restricted. We understand that receiving no response to your texts may have been frustrating, but we are often unable to reply immediately due to our full schedule. While we appreciate all feedback, a three-star review following two completed appointments, and a third that was missed, does not accurately reflect the full experience we provide to our clients.
