Did not know how to cut Ethnic/Curly hair, cut the back shorter than the front, I will have to take my son to another barber to fix it. After the cut ...I got up and asked if my son wanted any additional trim as I had seen he had already messed up his hair, very short on the top and long in the front, did not even bother to cut the bottom back. There was no miscommunication, he didn’t know what he was doing!!! My son was already upset and he was ready to go, damage had been done! Show more

Hi Brandon I am sorry about the miscommunication. I tried my best to satisfy both mom and the client as they both had two different visions (one wanting it short and the other not),although I did ask the client if he wanted me to cut more to even it out because it is fixable, he refused. Once again sorry about the miscommunication during his service.
