Absolutely horrible. First off, I missed my first appointment on accident. I apologized and paid a new deposit willingly. Before that I was offered to... reschedule. When I arrived I wasn’t sure where I was going so I walked in 3 minutes after my arrival time. I spoke and was look at like I was a criminal. Like with disgust. The whole appointment was just cold. I asked for boho knotless braids and got boho twist. I asked for the cost and was looked at crazy for the second time. Where I pay money. No attitude will not fly. Never again! Show more

Hate that you had such a bad experience… you could’ve communicated about the style I asked if you were doing the twist & you said yes I never had an attitude with you love but had you communicated properly I would have accommodated to you have a blessed evening🩷

Everything about this appointment was BAD! My appointment was for 1:30. She text me the morning of saying she needed to push my appointment back to 2:...45. I drove an hour to the appointment AND took the day off work!! She texted me at 2:30 telling me to sit in the car when I arrive because she was running down the street to grab food. I check the text message and missed my exit which made me 15 mins late for the appointment. There was a lot of construction and traffic… When I got to the shop, I text her asking if she was there. She didn’t respond. I saw two girls kept walking in and out the shop but since it was my first appointment with her, I didn’t know who she was…. She eventually walked to my car letting me know she can’t do my hair because she had a “house call”. Everything about this appointment was unprofessional and a waste of time. I let her keep the deposit and went to $100 Braids instead… lucky they take walk-in! Show more
Boho Knotless

I recently booked an appointment for some xxs knotless boho braids, which were $350. My appointment was set for 10:00am and she pushed me back to 11:3...0am 30 minutes before my appointment. During the appointment, the stylist showed me three pictures, and we agreed on the third one as the look I wanted. But when I got home, I noticed that my braids were all different sizes, and the top was particularly bigger than what I expected. I decided to reach out to her respectfully, letting her know I wasn’t trying to complain but hair my didn’t match the picture we agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, the stylist became really defensive and rude. She said she wouldn’t redo my whole head , I said okay can you fix the front. She said “if that’s all I’m complaining about” she will accommodate me. She kept saying she not with all the arguing and going back and forth! But I never once raised my voice or became overly aggressive with her. We agreed on Tuesday to fix the top. She told me to take 10 braids out , but as I started to take down the braids, it became clear that the side parts were too big too. I called her to explain that fixing just the top wouldn’t resolve the overall issue. I told her I showed my mom and boyfriend and they also agreed it wasn’t xxs. She snapped on me saying she got a client and how she not about to argue on the phone. She said she doesn’t care who I asked about my head and if I’m coming to the shop or not. At that point, I felt uncomfortable because why are you being rude again when I’m not being rude at all. I told her I didn’t want my hair fixed So I asked if she could refund me $100 2 times and keep the rest. I also expressed to her I would only come to the shop if I can get a refund. She called me back telling me she was done with her client and I could come to the shop , And not to bring anybody with me! like why would I bring somebody like what’s your problem? So I went to the shop thinking I could possibly get a partial refund. When I arrived to the shop i noticed she had somebody there with her but you told me not to bring anyone ,so I was confused at that point. I reiterated that while I liked the hairstyle, the size wasn’t right, and I had xxs small boho 2 times before this so I know how it should look. She dismissed what I had to say because to her these were xxs braids and that her fixing the front would fix the problem. I expressed again to her I had xxs boho 2 times , she wasn’t trying to hear that. She told me that me coming there asking for $100 back was a no go , I’m like why didn’t you tell me that over the phone. She started acting clueless like I didn’t ask her about the refund on the phone. After feeling disrespected repeatedly I decided to say okay and walk out. She was over explaining herself after I told her I’m leaving and it’s okay. Again I said it’s okay I’m leaving! I told her she has been rude this entire time and I’ve been nothing but respectful. This situation was going no where but left. She told me yeah I need to go after I said 2 times already I’m leaving. She told me not to touch her keys because I was locked in the building but I never once reach for the keys. After I told her I’m trying to be grown about the situation and actually be respectful you still talking crazy to me. I will not go to jail over $350 that I will get back. The lack of accountability is crazy and very unprofessional. These are clearly not xxs braids. I would not recommend booking with her Show more

You knew the special was for medium parts I don’t play about my work lmao you real life could’ve just messaged me your parts in the backare medium & the front of your head you had small due to the front suffering from hair loss I had to alter them again if you would’ve came to me about I would’ve had a different response but going on my page leaving a review that doesn’t fit the hairstyle is insane ☹️Then you said you wasn’t see until 4 ☹️
