Hi Irena. First off, I would like to thank you and let you know that I really appreciate you coming to the appointment on time. Upon your arrival, we were both shocked to see that you did not bring all of the hair required in order to execute your desired style. I proceeded to let you go out and buy some wrapping hair in order for me to complete your style. You did so very quickly, which I also appreciate, but due to the inconvenience you could not find the preferred type of wrapping hair that I sent you pictures of a couple of days before your appointment . As I started your hair, I did notice that the hair was a little stiff, but I tried to make it work because we were both on a tight schedule and did not have any other options in order to retrieve the right kind of hair. I apologize for the inconvenience as I have never worked with that brand of hair before and did not know that it would unravel or become frizzy because I have never had one of my clients experience that before. In regards to the Instagram message, I did and still have agreed to reimburse you. I unsent the message so that I could give you a more professional and in-depth explanation ok how we could work the situation out. I meant to resend my message as soon as I unsent it, but I became busy with some personal obligations and I was not able to respond right away. Once again, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can get back to me about the reimbursement. Thank You!
