I will start by saying the barber was very personable and confident. Unfortunately, I am writing this review since it was one of the worst haircuts I’...ve received in a while. I showed up with medium length hair and gave the barber two reference pictures before the haircut which are attached. One being what I’d like to have done and the other being my hair “end goal”. I also stated I was growing my hair out. The barber responded with “I got you”. Once seated he brought up a classic part which I said sure as I thought he was referring to my photo I showed him. Next he asked if a 5 around the ears sounded right. Again, I said sure as I’m not a barber and that doesn’t sound too short for around my ears. I then watched the clippers not just go around my ears but all the way up to where I part my hair. I took that as I guess I didn’t understand what he said and just take it as a loss of progress on growing my hair out. I was hoping that would be the worst part but when he was cleaning up my neck I could tell he went pretty high and what felt like a cat scratch multiple times on the back of my neck and ears. Once the haircut was complete I was shown the front which was not what I was looking for but didn’t look horrible at the time and was not shown the back for obvious reasons. When I returned to work I was told my neckline looked like someone was cutting carpet and just stopped. No taper or blending was done. The following day I had to go to another barber to fix what he could. Show more

A persons hair affects their self esteem to a certain degree. My son was too afraid to say anything, but his hair isn’t what he wanted. And after he w...ashed it, the way it was cut doesn’t work for his hair type. He’s embarrassed, and says he will wear a beanie until it grows out. I don’t mean any disrespect by this review. I’d just encourage you to listen to exactly what the customer says for their hair. If they don’t want it too short, don’t go too short. My son doesn’t like to put a bunch of hair product in just to get it to lay down. Show more
