The stylist was punctual and conducted themselves professionally, yet they struggled with the specific hairstyle I desired and managing my natural hai...r effectively. My initial appointment ended up being more duties than I expected. I was offered a different as a solution for my first style not coming out right. I ended up taking out a style, rewashing my hair, and prepping for a new style (in which I didn’t initially book, but was offered to me as a solution). As a result, I ended up with two different hairstyles that were not what I completely had in mind. I initially booked a sew-in, and got a wig provided by the stylist. The wig isn’t the same wig I was showed/promised. However, the stylist's customer service skills are excellent, and they have a pleasant demeanor. I believe that a thorough initial consultation would have greatly improved my overall experience. With this, I received a 37% discount off my initial price. 1st pic is the initial style. 2nd is wig install. 3rd is the picture of the sew-in technique and sew-in before take down. Show more
