I have been to many barbers all over the Bay Area, but I have never had a barber better than Niel. He has lots of experience and is very friendly towa...rds all of his customers. No matter what type of cut you are getting, Niel will take the time to make sure it is perfect. He uses great hair products and his barbershop has a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend IcyGclipz to everyone. Even if you do not live in Fremont, it is worth it to make the trip to get a great cut. Show more
