When a client makes an appointment there’s a note for clients stating “Appointment time may be subject to change.” All changes are sent out with a email and text. To say I’m super unprofessional when I’ve only cut your hair once is crazy. Booksy sends out text and email confirmation for any time changes. And another text and email a hour before as a reminder for your appointment. I was in the ER last night for personal reasons and not partying. Don't assume what you don't know. I didn’t text you because it was late in the night. So I changed the appointment from 7am to 9am and I apologize again for not communicating through text with an explanation to you.
