Ma’am the hair you put in my head didn’t even make my hair look full so it shouldn’t be used for box braids. I also don’t understand why you’re saying... anything about knotless braids when I booked your services for BOX BRAIDS. It has never taken anyone 9hrs to do to the same hairstyle I asked for so for you to say my head isn’t average size is an excuse. When you left my house my hair was stiff as a board so how you expected me to walk around like that without dipping it is beyond me. You did not move with any sense of urgency and if it was going to take longer than initially stated you should’ve communicated that. The communication was terrible and if the wash was included you don’t think you should’ve rewashed it and done a proper consultation? How professional of you. I really hope you fix these minor infractions for future clients, thank you for the services you did provide have a great day. Show more
