Extremely unhappy with the outcome. I asked for my ends to be even. All I wanted/needed was a trim. She did not give me a trim, she cut layers in my h...air instead. I never ever said I wanted layers. Not only but the sides of my hair are uneven and short. The layers that I got and did not ask for does not even look right either. I gave creative liberty in regards to my hair color not the cut. Before cutting layers into my hair she needed to ask me first! She said she was just cutting a little bit, in response I said just the ends. I said just even the ends more than once. The color is good the cut isn’t. There’s no justifying or fix for the cut she gave me. A refund isn’t going to grow my hair back, I can’t even blend the layers she gave me because my hair is too short now. Regardless of getting a refund for just the haircut, of course I’m going to leave a review. Id hate for anyone to have to go though the same thing. Show more
