Tocara is a God sent. First off, I'm very tender headed and usually do my own locs. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was relaxing amd Tocara s...tarted with and consultation. She is very knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs and likes.. Her hands are like Angel Feathers!!! I usually have a headache for 3days after gettingy hair done but not this time!! I really loved Ma’Dusa, she was very professional and ethical, could not even pick personal calls while doing my hair. That aside, I have never seen m...y micro locks retied so well, I was trying her for the first time and you guessed right, I am going back again and again! Would refer her to everybody with locks! Her price is very fair and friendly that most places I inquired, plus she was swift and did not keep me for long! Absolutely love her work! Show more
