I am a repeat customer and gave a positive review during my first visit. This is my 3rd visit for my son. If I could give you zero stars I would. Co...nfirmed appointment at 5:10PM and had to pre-pay for the cut for $30 via the app. When I got to the shop, I noticed the appointment was changed to 5:00. Fortunately I was in the shop before 5. When I sat my son down Edwin mentioned that the price was $35. He said he told me during my second visit. I agree that he did say the price was $35. I showed him the app which clearly shows $30 for a kids cut. I told him he needed to honor the price and I gave him $5 cash when the cut was done. Today, he tried to pull the same nonsense. I told him, that if that was the price he wanted to charge, he should've had it listed on the app. I told him that it wasn't my issue and to cut my son's hair. He refused and proceeded to get $30 cash to refund me. I told him that he's crying over $5 when he didn't fix the issue, I reminded him that I gave him the difference in cash last time. Still he refused to cut my son's hair, so I took my money and left. If he was deadset on his price, why not cancel the appointment rather than change the time in the app? He was aware of the issue and by not cancelling, we are unable to get a haircut on a Friday evening as all nearby shops are fully booked. Confirmé la cita a las 5:10 p.m. y tuve que pagar por adelantado el corte por $30 a través de la aplicación. Cuando llegué a la tienda, me di cuenta de que la cita se había cambiado a las 5:00. Afortunadamente, estaba en la tienda antes de las 5. Cuando senté a mi hijo, Edwin mencionó que el precio era de $35. Dijo que me lo dijo durante mi segunda visita. Estoy de acuerdo en que dijo que el precio era de $35. Le mostré la aplicación que claramente muestra $30 para un corte de pelo para niños. Le dije que necesitaba respetar el precio y le di $5 en efectivo cuando terminó el corte. Hoy, intentó hacer la misma tontería. Le dije que si ese era el precio que quería cobrar, debería haberlo puesto en la aplicación. Le dije que no era mi problema y que le cortara el pelo a mi hijo. Se negó y procedió a obtener $30 en efectivo para reembolsarme. Le dije que estaba quejándose por $5 al no haber solucionado el problema. Le recordé que la última vez le di la diferencia en efectivo. Aun así, se negó a cortarle el pelo a mi hijo, así que tomé mi dinero y me fui. Si estaba tan decidido con el precio, ¿por qué no canceló la cita en lugar de cambiar la hora en la aplicación? Estaba al tanto del problema y, al no cancelar, no podemos ir a cortarnos el pelo un viernes por la noche, ya que todas las peluquerías cercanas están llenas. Show more

First time we visited the barbershop. it took my 14 year old son to get a haircut for his first day of school. He was very nervous before he went beca...use he had never tried this barber before. We recently moved from New York to Florida and he was sad he could not go to his old barbershop anymore.
