Describe my experience and my thoughts on service atmosphere, and staff. Well for starters my experience didnt end well. Service is sometimesy, atmo...sphere was small not much space. When you walk in there is a counter where you pay and two seats where customers can sit. Definitely meant for small timers that do business on the side for fun, not meant for family oriented clientele. The staff, well Al was friendly, only canceled once with my husband but we understood because we know life can throw curve balls which can cause cancelations, accidental missed appointments, family issues. We understand "S*** HAPPENS"! Al's performance however lacked bc each time we went to see him, he cut my husband's hair like he was trying to win a race. Then instead of cutting it the way we asked he cut it the way he thought was best. Not the way we specifically asked it to be done. Each time we went, it was cut different. The second barber Ms. Victoria was a very vindictive person. We seen her twice, my husband and son. Same thing with the service, very amateurish, cut differently and acted like she had somewhere to be. If you work late, have a family, this isn't the place to go. I warn you, your appointment will be canceled on you for no other reason but to be vindictive and to show the customer that missing appointments are not tolorated. You showed me Victoria. You showed me how little you know about being in business and little respect you have for your customers. When your entire booking schedule is completely open from Monday to Sunday, you might want to rethink how you treat your customers. We will never return. Show more
