Hope went above and beyond for me!! I brought my 9 year old granddaughter for a haircut but when we arrived she started crying and did not want to get... out of the car. I went inside to let Hope know and asked her if she would come to the car with me to help alleviate my granddaughter’s concerns. She asked my granddaughter if she liked sparkles and that did the trick. I was so appreciative that Hope would go the extra mile so we could not only get the haircut but also for my granddaughter to overcome her fears and go in the salon. I’m quite certain she wouldn’t have budged if Hope didn’t come out to the car with me. Thank you!!! Show more
