Well to say that I will not do this again is an understatement. Leslie offered a 5am time for a two strand hairstyle and I accepted it. She was not wo...ke or ready at time she stated she could do the appointment at called four times and texted three times till I got an answer. When she answered told me give her 5 minutes and she would come out and get me. Finally got in her apartment around 5:15. No immediate apology or anything remotely similar. Except I got that her husband kept her woke till midnight talking. She later apologized for not being woke while she was making coffee. When she finally came to start my hair, it is now 5:23am. She asked what style I wanted and told her the one from the pic. She said she didn’t get a pic and that she preferred that my hair be in its natural state. When. I told her she was the one that texted me to detangle and blow dry, she had the nerve to say no she didn’t. After she looked at her text history realized that she was wrong. Instead of apologizing for basically insinuating that I am liar, she blamed it on this “assistant” that apparently uses her phone. After confirming this lack of coordination and not being ready and starting immediately, she thought it would great to put a movie on that she can enjoy while she does my hair and that she definitely did. She watched the whole two hour and 5 minute movie while making full stops to enjoy the movie when she should be twisting my hair. If we were cool or friends and not hairdresser and paying clientele that would be different. Based on her reviews, professionalism and being fast was supposed to be her strong suit but that is beyond laughable. Her skills are subpar at the greatest. I did not leave her apartment till 8:48 am for this horrible twist job that supposed to be a style. Definitely a lesson learned.
