I absolutely adore the folks at B Sweet. I’ve actually visited them a few times now. I’m beyond impressed with the staff and work they do there. My ...initial visit was to get my son’s ear pierced. The staff that did that for him were extremely polite and professional. They ensured to tell him how to care for the piercings and what he should look for if they didn’t heal correctly. I have since been back myself for three different services - Eyebrow micro blading, lash tint and lift and weight loss rx. The staff that did my lash tint and lift was amazing - my lashes honestly looked like I had extensions put on. The staff member that tint and lift was amazing with telling me what was going to happen, what to expect, etc. honestly the lift lasted way longer than I expected and the tint is still going strong almost a full two months later. Brooke took care of my eyebrow micro blading appt and wow I’m just astounded with how perfect she got the shade and even tho I have weirdly asymmetric eyes/brows - she got them almost 100 % matching. I was beyond impressed with how amazing they look. They healed nicely and honestly I didn’t need a touch up bc she did such an amazing job. They are beautiful. There was little to no pain when she did it and it was done way faster than I thought it would take. The staff I saw during my weight loss consultation was professional, helpful and amazing. I ultimately didn’t go past a month of the weight loss rx - this was by no fault of the staff at BSweet - it was my own personal issue that made it when I couldn’t continue. I’m so blown away by the care, professionalism, and exemplary work they do at B Sweet. They are one of my go to spots now. They have a client for life in me. Show more

If I could give less than one star for this review, I certainly would. My last experience at this salon was horrible and the interaction with the lead...ership left the worst taste in my mouth. To start with, I went in for a Lash Lift & Tint which the technician claimed "fell" and didn't take. Instead of not having me pay for the service which failed, they said I could come back in next week to try again. No guarantee of success, no apology, just an "oops, it didn't work but pay here and come back next week - oh and, of course, please leave a tip for my failed service." As I voiced my displeasure and was leaving the salon, the team working very audibly said "WOW" as I left. When I communicated with the salon owner about this, she said that it was a customer who said this AND EVEN SENT ME A SCREENSHOT OF THE CUSTOMERS FACE. Instead of owning someone's negative experience, they sold out a customer and went so far as to point out exactly who the customer was. I am astounded at the level of disrespect and failed accountability from this salon. Not only can they not do a simple lash lift, they couldn't care less about the customer experience and instead will point fingers everywhere EXCEPT at the technician who was asking me to pay for a service that obviously failed. We take feedback about the staff very seriously - I carefully reviewed the tapes and it was a onlooking customer that observed your interaction with our staff and subsequently said "wow". Additionaly lash lifts don't turn out 5% of the time, we adhered to our standard protocol to schedule a free lift within a week that you choose not to take advantage of. You, at this point are simply insulting us.
