The barber wasn’t there when I arrived for my appointment booked a week in advance. The overall vibe of the place was off. There was no warm welcome w...hen I walked in, two staff members were sitting on a couch and loading a small fridge. After waving and making eye contact with them nobody said hello or asked if I had an appointment. When I asked if AJ was there, they tried calling him but he didn’t pick up. Kind of crazy to experience that with a business, especially when I used their app to reserve a time a week ago. Went home, AJ called me, apologized and offered a free cut. I’ve never seen anything like this with a business - clearly they don’t use their reservation system. So if you’re using the Booksy app, I would recommend to call them before you show up to make sure they know you’re coming. Show more

I called to see if they can do blunt cuts with no wash, no blow dry just a simple straight trim. So simple you can use your fingers to hold the hair a...nd cut with the scissors. Less than an inch needs to be taken off! I was told yes they can so I made an appt for 5:30, came in at 5:20 waited until 6 before I spoke with someone to find out they don’t cut women’s hair. But then they wanted to take a guy who came in after me before and then cut my hair?? Makes zero sense. They are beyond disrespectful to women. If they don’t cut women’s hair why didn’t anyone say anything when I walked in? They speak Arabic as their native language so it makes sense they are disrespectful towards women. ..shameful!! I wasted so much time on NOTHING!! Craziest thing is, after my Google review got posted the owner tried offering me a free hair cut… if you can’t respect me or my time you think I’ll trust you with my hair?? As a Jewish woman I absolutely will not be trusting these jokers Show more
