This is a locs, braids, and Henna Brows service provider. BEFORE BOOKING please read ALL of the following: Shampoo & Condition are included with all styles. Please arrive detangled. Excessive buildup or tangles will incur an additional charge. For braids the hair is Included with MOST styles!! BOHO (human hair), & crochet,..... Are examples of styles hair is NOT included. For braids with HUMAN HAIR client MUST purchase and provide to stylist at least 3 days prior to day of service. I ask that you do not bring any guests or children to your appointment (without consulting me, first). FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY: I require a 20% deposit to secure your spot, it's required within 24hrs of confirmed appointments. Deposits are Non-Refundable. Remaining balance is to be paid upon style completion. I do accept Cash, CashApp, ApplePay, Venmo, and Zelle. Please take a photo/screenshot of your paid deposit confirmation and text it to the number listed. CANCELLATION POLICY You have 24 hours at minimum before your appointment to cancel. Failure to cancel within time given is considered a NCNS. You will be charged a cancellation fee. Deposits will not be refunded. No Call No Shows will be charged 50% of the balance. Clients that fail to pay will be blocked from future Bookings. Late Policy: Please notify me if you are running late. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes there is a $10 late fee. Your appointment will AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED after 25 minutes. If you are a squeeze-in appointment please arrive at your scheduled appointment time if not your appointment will automatically be rescheduled & your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. - Seating is limited please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time.
