I really wanted to love this shop, since I have been looking for a barber since we left ours after 20 plus years for the same reason I am writing this... review. On my first visit the owner was over 20 minutes late. I understand things happen, so I decided to rebook for today. I arrive and he's not there. I ask another barber was he coming. He said he doesn't work on Monday's and I showed him my appointment was booked for today at 10 am. Another barber says something in Spanish, hence why I need to setup my Meta glasses. The gentleman says the other barber said the owner was working and was on his way. At 10:55 am no barber so I left, but I pulled over to write this review. People's time is valuable because it's the one thing we can never get back. Blatant disrespect for people's time is bad business. While he is a good barber, I would have stayed with my old barber if I didn't mind my time being of no concern.

Hi ton sorry for the misunderstanding how you can see after 360 reviews never get a bad review not being here at the shop in 8 years with this app .. as a professionally never miss any appointments I though I had block the time it’s was showing its was a t 10 am but it’s wasn’t block so this is a miss understood .. I see that appointment it’s was made 6:30 am in the morning at that time I wasn't available to handle the appointment .. I had an appointment at that time and I cancel and I notify to my client before that the spot it's wasn't available because I have to some papers work for my shop thank you have a nice day 🙏
