We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We were not aware this was a time sensitive matter. If we would have known more information before hand, we could of figured something else out. I was with other clients yesterday and do not like to disrespect them by being on my phone while they pay for my time. Again we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and hope you figured out your situation with no further issues.

I couldn't tell the house had even been clean other than some trash being removed. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were still dirty, one shower still... had hair in it, the inside of the refrigerator was not cleaned, and the window sills were not clean. For $1k and a completely empty house, this should have been an immaculate clean. Would not recommend and will not hire again. Would like a refund immediately. Show more
