I found my forever stylist! Not only did my hair turn out amazing, but it’s so lightweight with absolutely no tension. From start to finish, everythin...g about my appointment was professional. Rachel was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her space is so calm and relaxing that it truly felt like a self-care day. If you’re thinking about booking, definitely do it! She provides excellent customer service, is incredibly professional, and keeps a clean, welcoming space. I can’t recommend her enough! Plus she makes house calls so that’s a plus!

This was by far the most nastiest experience I had in LA. I was 16 mins late, and apologized for it but the whole time she was nasty. I came with my h...air air dryer, and told her in advance I’d need robbie blow dryer, she then went on to say it would take her 2 hours and then cost $70. My hair isn’t that long. I had a protective style in, and never had someone complain about detangling especially since I mentioned I was not coming blow dryed. I felt really uncomfortable, and just left instead of paying an extra almost $100. To be doing hair out of a rented apartment, she had a lot of attitude.

My policy on clean, detangled, blow-dried hair is communicated to every client in advance because it directly affects the time and quality of the style.
