Joy was extremely professional. She was punctual, offered snacks and drinks, and made sure I was comfortable. Not only did I get a hair stylist, I got... a therapist, and we kept each other entertained, discussing various subjects that were informative. The style I got was goddess small knotless braids 52 inches for waist length. It took some time, but Joy was great company to have that made my time worth it. We ran into a minor problem with me running out of human hair. However, luckily, Joy ensured that she could complete my look, having left over hair that she purchased to finish my hair. I also love how attentive she is. Providing me with suggestions that are in the best interest of having healthy hair. Joy is awesome, and not to mention the sweetest person you will ever meet.
