I hate leaving bad reviews, but sometimes you have to stop being nice and speak up. Twice I’ve booked with him and he could never stick to the arrange...d time the appointment was scheduled. The first time I booked hooked around 10 am, didn’t get cut til almost 3pm. Today, I booked for 1pm, was told he’d be about thirty minutes behind due to a supposed football game (per usual), which is fine, but communicate accordingly or set your times and dates to where it’ll meet needs for BOTH parties fairly. Not once did he reach out, I had to continuously call and text only to find out he was cutting another head when I was told he was headed to me. It is now 3:05pm and I’m still waiting. Three times he told me he would be otw and never showed. No call back or response after the last message about 30 minutes prior. Just like barbers, the clients have a life as well and it isn’t fair to us to get this type of treatment. Never booking again. Show more
