Hey Michael, I understand the frustration with waiting. I did reach out ahead of time to let you know I was running behind and confirmed adjusting your appointment to 3, which you agreed to. When things ran a bit longer than expected, I should’ve followed up again, that’s on me. I also reached out shortly after finishing to see if you were still nearby so I could still take you, but didn’t hear back. I take communication and my clients’ time seriously, and I always do my best to accommodate when things shift. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to make it right.
