I was looking for a parti...cular hairstyle and I went on her page and found what I was looking for. I immediately booked her. Today(7/23) when I met her she is so nice & kind. Detangle, take down, wash & blowdry Two-Strand Twist (Full Head)

She did not seem patient with my daughter. For as much money as I paid for the twists, it only looked okay. I left a comment prior to the appt about m...y daughter being tender headed and her having super thick hair. She did not take her time to detangle and seemed really rough. My daughters hair was all over the floor from her puling it out so harshly. She looked bothered and seemed in a rush to get it over with. Her hair did not look moisturized and the twist did not complete to the end. She also asked the person who took her if tip wanted to be included instead of letting them know that it already was. I WOULD NOT recommend especially if you or your child has 4C hair. Show more

Hello I’m sorry your service was not as expected but for you to not be at the appointment at all and have all this negative things to say is very unprofessional and you wasn't there at all to witness what I did to get your daughter looking more beautiful then she already is, but your daughter showed up to her appointment still with twist in her hair and some taken down it was extremely dry and tangled to the point where it was locking so I proceeded to detangle for 2 hours. Then I washed it and had to detangle after that as well, I was as patient and soft as I could be but like you said she is extremely tender headed I spent a total of 5 hours on a 2 hour style making me late for my next client but I still was patient and made sure the job was still done she was moisturized and oiled upon finishing. Her twist were complete to the ends I twist every single one to the end, I also asked whoever brought her to the appointment if they wanted to add a tip because of the amount of time I spent it wasn't mandatory, but they decided to pay anyways. After service I proceeded to show him the total cost and he said everything was paid for by you which it wasn't you had a remaining balance so I showed him your receipt he agreed to pay willing and your daughter left happy and said she loved her hair. I took care of her to the best of my abilities, in no way shape or form would I make anyone feel uncomfortable in my chair.
