I was so hurt, disappointed and didn't want to be! First of all the barber came recommended. We discussed the cut before we came, sent a photo, asked ...questions. I could tell he wasn't the best communicator via Facebook but gave a pass, fine not everyone does social media. But then we arrive, no greeting. Then the cherry on top we were there for 2.5 hours (other barbers told me after seeing the cut that was wayyy too long for a skilled barber) and he talked shit about my son's hair in front of us!! Yes! I intentionally left a row out of locs because we wanted his design to be big in his fade!! It was intentional. Then brings other barbers over to see it and thought I didnt see it all going down. WHAT! He evidently thought it was good customer service to talk crap. Then had zero conversation for my son while cutting his hair. Was on the phone. Talking to friends. Took pictures without my permission. I kept calm while there. But! I WILL NEVER return. Back to our old barber we go. We only went there because of the design work. But bad customer service, SLOW service? Not with my son again. No!! So upsetting... Show more
