Jorge showed great professionalism. Only thing is that he needs to work a bit on consultation and listening to the customer wants. My son saw him on 1.../4/2023 at 10am. We mentioned that he wanted a low taper fade on the bottom and we specifically wanted a tiny trim on the curls. I mentioned my son wanted to keep his curls long. Provided a picture of what was to be done to the cut. Jorge agreed he would and could provide the service. At the end my son was extremely disappointed and couldn’t get out of the barbershop fast enough. He cried because it was cut too short and fears he will get made fun of at school. In a boys world and for his age, looks and what people think are important and kids can be jerks. I know hair grows back and I’m sure it wasn’t intentionally done but it’s super important to listen to the customer. We will return to Jorge in the future but ask not to have anything cut from the top(tapered cut and back looked great) . There were also a couple of areas where the cut wasn’t even not a big deal since mom is a hairdresser. I just don’t know how to do tapered cuts like a barber does. Only reason why I’m posting is I know if my client wasn’t happy I would want to have known so I can become a better stylist. Show more

Thank you for review and constructive Criticism I’m sorry the length on top was shorter than what he wanted, when I asked how short he wanted the bangs he said above his eyebrows but I will be a little more thoughtful next time if you guys ever would like to try me out again I will be sure to listen a little more careful.
