This was my second time bringing my child to Jose for a haircut. The first visit went really well Jose made sure my child felt comfortable, engaged hi...m in conversation, and was very gentle and caring. Since my child is very ticklish on his head and tends to move around during haircuts, I appreciated how calm Jose was. He even paused when my child asked for a break and then continued once my child was ready, which showed great patience and understanding. On our second visit, I was pleasantly surprised that Jose remembered how my child reacts during haircuts. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really stood out.
