I had an appointment with Raf for the first time last week. I walked in the shop an Raf was waiting and ready to go. Raf was personable and profession...al at the same time. Raf listened as I told him how I wanted my haircut and cut it exactly how I asked! That hasn't always been my experience at other places. Raf is also pretty funny, which I appreciated.
