I was very pleased at the appointment availability and quickness of confirmation through the Booksy app. When my husband arrived at the salon he was very pleased with LaTrece’s professionalism. Her work is not a good job. My first daughter she did a rush on her hair definitely didn’t like it my second daughter her hair came down within 4 days... of her getting it done. Then she’s tried to get slick at the mouth cause I’m letting her know about her work. NEVER again will I go there she’s not a good worker she’s NEVER on time when she set a time still have to wait 30 mins to an hour of your set appointment time.. Show more

If it looks like that that mean you didn't wrap it up at Night or yall playing in water. Because I use the same products and same method of retwist on all my clients and never had an issue with locs looking like that. Let's tell the truth what you at home did. You brought her and her sister matted up and don't get their maintenance done in proper time. Research how to take care of locs before you try to blast me because you don't know how to take care of hair period. And let's be real that baby hair got wet and you want to blame this on me. Your older daughter told me she be combing out her locs. Check with yall are doing, yes you can take your business else where. And I was only late with you twice and I gave you discount or free style. This last appt I was on time at your appt time. Let's tell the truth please if your gOING to rate some one then also show the pics of both on when they left the shop because I have them pictures of both your daughters on how they left my shop looking cute.
