My rating is solely off the services I personally received. The atmosphere was good and the people were nice. However this was the worst service I’ve ...never received. I came in for roller set ONLY. My hair was pre washed and conditioned and detangled. All I asked them to do was wash the conditioner out my hair and roller set my hair. The person that did my roller set did a horrible job. Once I was dry, a different stylist took them out and was shaking her head while removing the rollers. It was very sloppy job. I paid and left. Not to mention I had to go home and try to fix it which caused me to be late for my plans, and my hair looked so bad I was extremely embarrassed. I washed my hair when I got home that same night. It was a very very disappointing experience.
