My appointment was at 2:15 I got there at 2:10 wasn’t knowledged or anything. I had another appointment at 3:30pm so I had no time to wait. It’s 2:30 ...I’m still sitting there no update or anything first impression always the best & very disappointed never got the service done I left & had to call to get a quick braid up because I had work @5pm & it’s Halloween.
