Can’t speak of the service scheduled because it was never provided. Booked appt last minute which was showing confirmed in the app. Walked around the ...building after trying to find an entrance since there is no signage indicating the business is at the address provided. I messaged them and continued trying to find the business only to be told “not available today”. Rushed to the appointment paid for parking scrambled to arrive on time and wandered through alleyways for nothing. I know things come up but I booked it 20 minutes prior to the appointment time, close the online booking or notify the customer if you’re not actually seeing clients.

Just be careful , he keeps changing locations and business names after he re-schedule multiple times with no service with certain people . I requested... a refund but nothing and I need to take it to the necessary steps.
